Le petit déjeuner en sous sol alors qu'une terrasse existe sur le toit de l'hôtel (mais uniquement pour le bar... Très cher). Non conformité de la chambre avec celle que nous avions réservée.

Non mi sono piaciuti: I booked 2 rooms and was granted a free upgrade for one of the 2 nights as the first night we were given the ground floor suite which was very dark. On checkout we were charged an extra 30euro when we were told twice by the lady the previous day that there was NO extra charge but this receptionist kept saying it is not our policy madam! Then we were also charged 12 euro for 2 days city taxes when my sister was charged 8 euro. Totally ripped off! And the room was 368euro for 2 nights so not cheap in the first place

To był mój drugi pobyt w tym hotelu, byłam tam ok. 4 lat temu - oferta również z Waszego portalu.W pokoju czuło się zapach papierosów!

Having driven across Europe, it was "against their rules" to go with you so you could find their (expensive) car park.
Basement underground breakfast area had a bad odour and atmosphere.
Was expensive Hotel for the overall experience.

Non mi sono piaciuti: Non ti puoi perdere chiedendo 2 € quando un cliente che ha pagato 170 € per una notte ti chiede di poter stampare la carta d'imbarco .
Mi sono piaciuti: El desayuno
Non mi sono piaciuti: Me dieron una habitación sin aire acondicionado con 39 - 40 grados de vergüenza, tuve que reclamar y ponerme serio y enfadado para que me la cambien
Mi sono piaciuti: die lage zum zentrum war sehr gut, alles zu fuß erreichbar. Das Zimmer war sehr schön mit sehr guten Betten.
Non mi sono piaciuti: Der empfang in diesem hotel war alles andere als freundlich, sehr aggresiv und ungehalten bei Fragen zum Parken.
Das frühstück wird im Keller serviert und besteht nur aus Fertigprodukten, also nur chemie. Wer mag schon so was.

Das duas pessoas da equipe com quem falamos, uma era bem gentil, a outra não. O quarto é bem básico e a calefação não é muito potente. O estacionamento está a cerca de quatrocentos metros.
