Nettes personal,sauberes zimmer mit terrasse zum pool.der swimmingpool immeŕ gut gereinigt,wasser sauber;ideal fuer kinder.max.tiefe ca.1meter. Nachts wars zu heiss im zimmer trotz funktionierender klimaanlage?,vogelnester auf terrasse schoen anzuschauen,waende und gelaender jedoch stark verunreinigt.
It is located in a beautiful place(Sardinia is beautiful!) near white beaches w clear water, wild nature, great restaurants and art history

Plus sides - it's clean - the balcony is really big - the stuff is super friendly, and acts right away if you have any complaints - it's walking distance to the beach and to the town - a lot of trees and bushes around, so from early morning until late in the evening you can hear the song of the birds (sparrow, swallow, nightingale) - beach is beautiful and you get sun-umbrella, part of the beach belongs to the hotel, which is great Minus sides - car is a must (maybe that's not a flow of this hotel, car is must in Sardinia anyways), you need it to go to buy groceries, even to go to the beach - I said the beach is within walking distance, and that's true, but the road is dusty and I wouldn't walk it in the mid-season when there's a lot of cars - wi-fi is free, but there was no signal in my room, and I had to come down to the bar every time I needed something. And you can only connect one device at a time Some other info that I can't place - kitchen is small but nice and has almost everything you need to boil an egg, cook some pasta - there's no cutting knife, so if you buy bread, make sure it's already cut - there's no detergent to wash the dishes, so you have to buy that - tv is flat screen, big and nice, but all programs are in Italian, and movies and shows are dubbed so only ones you can watch are Jackie Chan or something similar where you don't care what they speak

L'appartamento è carino, il personale è cordiale, piscina un po' piccola ma si va sempre in spiaggia che è veramente bella e il mare è stupendo. Villasimius è un paese carino e le persone sono eccezionali. Anche le spiagge intorno sono belle ma la spiaggia...Più

Sono appena tornata a casa dopo aver passato una settimana al residence palm village. Con il mio ragazzo abbiamo preso un monolocale, che per due persone era perfetto, piccolo angolo cottura con tutto il necessario e possibilità di fare grigliate nell'area comune. Piscina disponibile. Ho scelto il Palm Village dopo aver soggiornato per tre anni consecutivi in uno degli alberghi più belli della zona per cui sono arrivata un po' dubbiosa nel poter trovare lo stesso clima e la stessa comodità e devo ammettere che non mi posso lamentare....Più
Well maintained small complex,helpful staff. On site pool, private area of a beach with free use of subnets and umbrellas very useful as this can be quite an expense in Italy for these items. Beach is approx 700 metre walk

Domani terminerà il mio soggiorno presso il Palm Village di Villasimius. Un luogo tranquillo immerso nel verde e dotato di tutte le comodità per passare una vacanza riposante. Ogni miniappartamento è dotato di terrazzino nel quale si può mangiare, griglie all'esterno e piscina. La spiaggia...Più

Abbiamo soggiornato presso Palm Village per una settimana! Comodissimo per raggiungere la spiaggia che si trova a nemmeno 10 minuti a piedi e comodo al centro !! Monolocale semplice ma con tutto quello che serve ! Personale cordiale e disponibile ! Consigliato !

buon residence a 15 minuti a piedi sia dal mare che dal centro di villasimius manca un piccolo market nelle vicinanze, bisogna andare a villasimius per la spesa. un unico ristorante nelle vicinanze tra l'altro molto buono prezzi un po' sopra la norma.Mi sono piaciuti: camere spaziose piscina
Non mi sono piaciuti: pulizia camere e cambio biancheria giornaliero non ogni tre giorni[extra]posizione tranquillissima in mezzo al verde e altre villette servizi carenti[/extra]
