Basic & clean apartment, great for a stay in Villasimius

We booked a suite for 4 people as the apartments for 2 looked quite small, and we were given a spacious 1st floor apartment with a (distant) sea view. The kitchen area was basic - just two electric hot plates. There is a barbecue area, which you could use, although we didn't. The bathroom was very clean and spacious, but we each had a cold shower on our last morning, most likely due to our early start! The bed was comfortable. The patio area was large with table & 4 chairs and a dryer for hanging up washing; we used this area a lot. Towels and sheets were changed once, halfway through our stay. It was not necessary to drive to the local beach as it was only a 10-15 min walk on a (dusty) road which was really no hardship! The private beach was good but all those parasols and loungers did detract from its natural beauty; the sand was white, the sea crystal clear and warm once you got over the initial shock! The town was an easy 10-15 minute walk away too with lots of restaurants and gelaterias. Prices varied but we thought them affordable on the few occasions we ate out (the restaurant closest to the apartment was the most pricey). We hired a car and so were able to go to a local supermarket to stock up for the week and were also able to explore some of the other nearby beaches and some places further afield. Overall, Palm Village offers basic, clean apartments with a friendly service.

Buongiorno, abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana nel monolocale per due. Punti di forza: camera accogliente, struttura di nuova o di recente costruzione, aria condizionata, veranda con tavolo e sedie, tranquillità. Punti deboli: assenza di Wi-Fi gratuita e una infinita di zanzare, portatevi il vape!

Leider war das Zimmer sehr klein. Das Zimmer, wurde während der 4 Übernachtungen nicht gereinigt. Toilettenpapier musste bei der Rezeption selbst geholt werden.

Senza infamia e senza lode

Con una coppia di amici prenotiamo a marzo due camere. A marzo erano disponibili solo un monolocale per due e uno per tre persone ovviamente ad un prezzo maggiorato. Ci aspettavamo che il monolocale per tre fosse più grande rispetto a quello per due.. All'arrivo...Più

Unfortunately, we cannot recommend the hotel because of the abovementioned problems.

Mi sono piaciuti: The hotel has a small but very cozy area. The hotel is located at the same distance from the city and the sea. The walking distance to the sea is really about 10 minutes, it is possible to reach the beach by car (the cost of parking close to the sea is E 5 per day).
Non mi sono piaciuti: In our Studio room, located on the first floor, the stove practically did not work properly due to the low voltage in the network. After contacting the hotel management, we were assured that this is a common problem. There was no hot water in the afternoon and sometimes in the morning.

Mi sono piaciuti: Handtücher werden 1× pro Aufenthalt gewechselt. Personal freundlich. Der Strand ist ein Traum, zu Fuß aber mindestens. 12 min.
Non mi sono piaciuti: Es gab insgesamt nur einen Raum, mit Küche und allen vier Betten. Die jeweiils 2 Betten waren nur mit einer ca. 160 cm hohen Holzwand getrennt. Pool und Bar sind uninteressant.
