Non mi sono piaciuti: Non cambiano gli asciugamani e nemmeno accendono il radiatore che potrebbe asciugarli.
Mi sono piaciuti: Excellent breakfasts. Plenty to suit all tastes in very nice surroundings.
Non mi sono piaciuti: The bedroom needed some drawers to put clothes in, there is only one shelf in the top of the wardrobe.
Mi sono piaciuti: Fantastisk udsigt fra vores værelse (med balkon) på 4. sal - og endnu bedre fra hotellets tagterrasse.

Non mi sono piaciuti: Croissants were out of a packet, coffee was undrinkable, our room was a set up for disability use with low sinks hand rails etc but no mention of this in the booking process.
Mi sono piaciuti: Excellente situation. Central (5 minutes à pied de la place centrale) mais dans une rue calme. Jolie terrasse avec vue.
Mi sono piaciuti: We loved this hotel on a quiet side street in a very good location. Impeccable is the best word to describe it, from the perfect entry area to the public areas of the hotel to the rooms. Wonderful desk and hotel staff. A very nice breakfast room and a very good buffet.

Hotel com estilo familiar, muito aconchegante , com uma equipe bem atenciosa. Quarto pequeno (17m2) mas muito funcional , todo reformado, e o meu ainda tinha uma varanda com uma mesinha e 2 cadeiras o que dava um toque mais charmoso ao ambiente. O banheiro muito bom, com box e um ótimo chuveiro. Local seguro com facil acesso, com uma pequena caminhada, aos principais pontos turisticos.

Enjoyed the hotel and Bologna.
Mi sono piaciuti: Particularly good location - about a 5 minute walk from Piazza Maggiore. Rooftop terrace also a nice feature.
Non mi sono piaciuti: Being ultra picky, the bathroom was a little on the small side for what was the premier room in the hotel ( Diamond Suite) with only a shower over the bath.
