Loved the refurb and cleanliness. Breakfast room and rooftop bar was brilliant. Bed a bit small and couldn’t find aircon remote. Overall fab!
Perfect stay, we were upgraded for a small fee to a beautiful suite with a terrace, it has very recently been renovated so there were a couple of very minor things still to but none made a difference to us, it was stunning. Quiet room, amazing roof terrace and the staff were friendly and delightful.
O hotel é ligeiramente afastado do centro de Bologna porém extremamente aconchegante. O pessoal do serviço é simpático e prestativo. Indicado para acomodar pessoas em passeio que querem conforto, sossego é bom atendimento.

Mi sono piaciuti: Check-in and location were perfect! The patio on 5th floor was also lovely. Deluxe Room (Gold, I believe it was) was extremely small and felt a bit cramped, but had been recently renovated, so had interesting decor.
Non mi sono piaciuti: This was specific to my room, but my room was on 2nd floor, immediately adjacent to the cleaning closet. It was extremely noisy throughout my stay, including early morning.

Non mi sono piaciuti: Parcheggio distante 400 metri
Mi sono piaciuti: Nice bathroom for a small room. Generally very clean and that is comforting. Cooperative staff.
Non mi sono piaciuti: Complicated car access for loading/unloading (never mastered it). Geographical naming of the rooms not substantiated in any way with the exception of a rather silly information about the country it is supposed to represent. Overall, is it really a four star hotel? Not convinced
